The service is good. I just needed a hook into your feedback concerning Enterprise Car. It's like extracting teeth getting the refund for the ferry deal under TCID 285301-1. Thank goodness there's terrier in my genes as I've had to work hard on them to get it sorted. So, Transfercar great, let down by your client

Remember that there are some parts of NZ that don't have good mobile access, space for both mobile and landline would be good. Many thanks for your service. And, Thrifty were amazing to do business with.
