The Transfercar service itself is excellent. I did have a little problem with the car I was issued from Juicey, (not as described in transfercar) and it had mechanical issues too, but that was no fault of this service itself.

Maybe make it more obvious, that you have to buy a ferry ticket. But everything else was just perfect.

There was a potential that we would not be able to return the car in time as Ferry crossings were cancelled so I called the hire company to find out what the situation would be if we returned the car late and was told we would be charged for every day we had the car, not just the extra day. This is completely unfair given that we are providing a service and it would not have been our fault. I could possibly understand being charged for the extra days, but every day!!! That's just greedy as they knew the car would not have been available for anyone else to hire while we relocated it. Definitely won't be using transfercar to relocate between islands again
