It is a great (cheap and flexilbe and fast) way to move around in the country. However, you don't know the conditions till the very last minute. The website said it would be a small car, but it was a huge van and i was a bit insecure driving it. On the other hand i thought i would have to pay for fuel, which I didn't. which is great but if i had known that i would have done relocation weeks earlier.

Be more polite and have cars bigger than a dinky toy. Also, state the hidden costs.

Maybe it’s not related but I booked a car at10am and pick it up pretty much on time but the company didn’t meet that time. Cleaning car hasn’t done and took so long to pick me up to get there place.

Ability to edit requested booking dates/time before approval/rejection. I had to delete my booking and reapply which is not a problem but a bit of a pain.

Hi Queenstown wickered campers need to up there game.1st the address has changed and was run by the mechanic who had know idea about insurance etc business was run out of a filthy old container I nearly walked out. Not a good look for NZ at all other than that a great experience. Cheers Sharon
