A bit of explanation before handing out the car (about the car and its functions, buttons etc.)

I called the company up stating that due to the snow we would leave tekapo 2hrs later. I was told that I only had 59minutes flexibility and after that I would be charged more. I think customers making safety calls should not be pinalised. Address this policy and I would give a higher rating.
