Hi, we have done 6 campervan/car relocations in Australia and New Zealand which we loved. We did not enjoy our experience with Advantage Rental car that your web site facilitated. Your service was fine, the people at Advantage were slow, unprepared, and tried to use fear and intimidation to have us upgrade/buy more features. Unpleasant, we would not deal with them again. Thanks.

the car we got is not the same category as what was in the booking confirmation. It was much smaller car - 1.4 liters. Also the tank of petrol is only 3/4 full.

Yes. Give contact detail so we could ask questions . For instance - the ferry.. I didnt know if i choose the date or i will be told when i have it. Caused me not to rent it

Yes, there needs to be a possibility to manually override automated reservations to tweak them a bit, w/o dropping altogether. I could not rent an RV the same day I deliver another, even though I deliver at 11am and take out at 2-4 pm - as the system is set to treat it as overlap. As a result you'd lose many clients to Imova, which can manually override. Otherwise great work! Expand to other markets! I'd be traveling 24/7 if there were enough relocations. Yup
