The original request was for 2 days, and this is what showed on your web interface, but when we got to Apex, they had it as only one, wasn't a big deal, their confirmation showed only one day, but it was not highlighted so we missed it, anyway they extended to 2 days just cost extra insurance, so other than that, all good, highly recommend Regards Noel

Greater accountability of the rental companies i.e. if they've advertised a hatchback and that's what you've chosen, then that's what you should get - not turn up and get whatever they feel.

The booking experience is very good, fast and effective. But the pick up experience with Thrifty is awful. While I was booking, I chose a small car. The booking details also highlight the car can be a sedan, hatchback or similar. But when I try to pick up in Wellington Airport. The guy called Pargot is really rude. He told me it's a 12 seats van and he can show me the van. But when I told him I booked a small car, he just left me in the car park and go back himself. Then under my request, he called his manager and show us the supplier detail in the booking confirmation said it can be a 12 seats car which is conflict with the highlight part. I hope the last party can check the details and make sure there won;t be conflict in the confirmation. It is really disappointed when being told the car is totally different like what we expected. Luckily, I have no problem driving 12 seats van. What if someone who is not comfortable with the van coming? Driving safety should be the most important issue a rental should consider for customers. Hope the feedback can help you optimize the service. I still love transfer car and sincerely hope it grow bigger and better Yixi
