We tried calling as we put through the request on Saturday as we had a few questions and it said the contact hours were Mon-Fri. Fortunately the process was very quick and accepted within a timely manner. It worked out really great and we are very satisfied.

Was denied the car left stranded in the town as I didn't have a sufficient credit card. Absolutely devastated. Would not recommend Budget/Avis to anyone here in NZ

I just experienced that when I booked for a car the next day, I had no idea where I was supposed to pick it up. So I ended up not sleeping to well because I didn't want to come to late for the pick up.
