It would have been nice to be able to have extended my rental a few more days, but I understand that's the rental company's prerogative and not transfercar's. It was overall a good experience!

The details regarding the pick up location could have been better. Also, not exactly your problem but the van I got from Lucky's rentals was a total death trap. It needs major urgent work to make it safe for travellers to use.

My first choice did not reply. Fuel not included was not cost effective for me. I could have flown for less although that would have been different if there was more than one passenger. Otherwise good deal..
