Provide safer cars and better service...didn't use your service at all ...cancelled that day...but my frozen $1500 are still not in my account after more than a week. Am I happy ? DEFINITELY NOT !

Spoke with the rental car agency they are charging me for renting the vehicle per day so it is not free they say they have nothing to do it speak to your company they said her not to do it at me while I got a bill they don’t give you a rental agreement until you drop off the car

I told rental company when we dropped car off that the photo was deceiving, it was a much much older model than photo and we agreed to pay $35 for extra days which we could have had a new focus for that. We did other relocation with avis and next time i proberly will stick to the bigger companies
