My type of car got changed from a four wheel drive to a small hatch which was kind of inconvenient and perhaps if this could be such an extreme change it should be really clear

I was just quite surprised by the extra charges which meant a free transfer was in fact going to cost me only $60 less than a much bigger better car from Budget. I had my family and we had a big drive from Wellington to Auckland. But your staff were excellent and very understanding :)
