Should notify the name of company we getting car from before requesting

Yes, it's good - but only if you have time to enjoy the journey which is not always possible of course. Otherwise 'Transfercar' is great and I would jump at the chance to do it again if I had the time. Do you have anyway of identifying people who are trustworthy for next time someone applies - or perhaps that is not worthy keeping a record of??

Better customer service from discount car when picking up car. Eg being available at a prearranged time. Also not to have rubbish in car. Release credit card bond in a more Timely manner
