Include covered insurance (the cost for decreasing excess from an absurd amount). It's kind of a hidden cost.

Nothing with TransferCar itself, however, the representative for Aerodrive in their inner-city location was terrible. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had - just straight up rude the two conversations I had with her and extremely unhelpful
