The first vehicle I had did not have a functioning radio, so the final check of the car could be more thorough. Everything else was amazing

Amazing service. Maybe just highlight that the like of Budget Rent a Car only confirm pending bookings once a day in the AM. This will prevent anxiety that the website is a hoax when you don’t hear back for 24 hours. Otherwise amazing. Thanks.

It's been a great service but on 2 occasions out of 3 have not received any email bookings from the rental company. Trying to get hold of transfercar difficult at weekends. Also confused about when requesting pick and drop off times then get confirmation with different hours. But generally an amazing service.
