When I pick up the car, there was some damages on the car, but the atendent didn't tell me before and he didn't do the check list with me.

The booking experience is very good, fast and effective. But the pick up experience with Thrifty is awful. While I was booking, I chose a small car. The booking details also highlight the car can be a sedan, hatchback or similar. But when I try to pick up in Wellington Airport. The guy called Pargot is really rude. He told me it's a 12 seats van and he can show me the van. But when I told him I booked a small car, he just left me in the car park and go back himself. Then under my request, he called his manager and show us the supplier detail in the booking confirmation said it can be a 12 seats car which is conflict with the highlight part. I hope the last party can check the details and make sure there won;t be conflict in the confirmation. It is really disappointed when being told the car is totally different like what we expected. Luckily, I have no problem driving 12 seats van. What if someone who is not comfortable with the van coming? Driving safety should be the most important issue a rental should consider for customers. Hope the feedback can help you optimize the service. I still love transfer car and sincerely hope it grow bigger and better Yixi

Hi, we have done 6 campervan/car relocations in Australia and New Zealand which we loved. We did not enjoy our experience with Advantage Rental car that your web site facilitated. Your service was fine, the people at Advantage were slow, unprepared, and tried to use fear and intimidation to have us upgrade/buy more features. Unpleasant, we would not deal with them again. Thanks.

the car we got is not the same category as what was in the booking confirmation. It was much smaller car - 1.4 liters. Also the tank of petrol is only 3/4 full.
