I called the company up stating that due to the snow we would leave tekapo 2hrs later. I was told that I only had 59minutes flexibility and after that I would be charged more. I think customers making safety calls should not be pinalised. Address this policy and I would give a higher rating.

Hi. I picked up the car from Hertz on time in Queenstown airport and delivered it on time to Dunedin Airport, driving 286 km (no more than allocated distance). I parked the car in the Hertz car park and drooped the keys at Hertz counter at the airport. The counter was not manned on my arrival. I did not refuel, as the conditions of my relocation included the fuel. However the next day my credit card was billed for the used fuel NZ$ 80.25 The money should be returned to my account. My relocation included the fuel Request ID 280731-1 Fuel included (One full tank supplied on pick up: No filling up on return) HOLDEN COMMODORE SV6 Registration: KAF871 Please rectify
