Reduce the time from booking request to booking confirmation. During normal business hours this should be able to be promised in less than an hour. It makes it hard to plan when you don't know if you can count on the car (or need to request a different car) for up to 24-hours.

Simpler communication I thought 2 free days between March 2 and 10th meant I could have the car for 8 days. Not so 🙈

The flexibility provided by Thrifty provided was superb. I was running behind the nominated time twice and each time I was provided with an assurance that a slightly delayed delivery would be fine. I was very impressed with Thrifty rentals and would use them again.

No, you guys are great, but Lucky Rentals sucks. The frontline staff are trying, but the Lucky management staff need to sort it out. The service levels are appalling.

That is not easy,its just that the getting back home after the trip or vice versa does not appeal to some of my friend.otherwise some tips on public transport links to the pick up depot is good
