The only thing is to clearly show when vehicles don't include petrol, I've been burnt a couple of times where petrol was shown on the transfer car site but not when I got to pick up the car.

Contracts need to clearly state when cars have to be returned with a full tank or not. I returned my last car with a full tank to find out this was not required. A little frustrating but still a great option when travelling between major centres.
