Took a ?mazda demio hatchback car up to picton on a cold day for ace rentals earlier this month that reeked of stale tobacco, smell all over steering wheel too and it contaminated my hands,clothing suitcase and belongings, had to have all the windows down all the way, very very cold and not happy. Told the woman it stank of cigarettes when I first got in at CHCH it and she says that sometimes happens! Also reported it to staff at Picton office on drop off. Wasn't pleasant, I definitely wouldn't have paid for such a rental. Cheers, Jenny

Not much really, I'm just a bit conservative. Communication was very good and all other arrangements appeared to be seamless so well done.

Maybe just clearer pickup address (as I was actually given 3 different pickup addresses unclear instructions on what to do when I got to Adelaide). Otherwise, all was smooth fabulous, thanks very much.
