Not really, the process was easy with all instructions stated clearly and easily followed for an enjoyable experience.

Something for regular transfer customers that perhaps identities them as a ‘preferred’ relocator and gives a higher request priority or the best available vehicles. Can’t really improve a free ride much! I do really appreciate fuel inclusions, that makes a good deal better. For critical relocations that need to occur, maybe offer a return transport option like a bus/train rebate.

More cars need ferry crossing paid for and cleaned better when being picked up, I understand it's a free car but we're helping each other out

Thought Transfercar service was great. It cost me $36 p day including gst to reduce insurance risk to zero. Think rental car company should give more favourable insurance rate as this daily rate is excessive. Many thanks for your great service. Angela
