It's my 1st time to use (hence the 9), but it all went really well. It was easy, directions/instructions were clear. I loved that there was an actual phone number that I could talk to a human as well. All very good. Thankyou

Not really - possibly an option for requesters to put in some about what type of car they would prefer? (e.g. 4 door, boot or hatch etc?

Maybe ask companies to include a minimum CDW insurance coverage to take the risk factor out. Otherwise, great!

You should have costumer services available out of office hours as we had a problem with Apex, and we couldnt reach anybody of your company for the solution. Finally Apex gave us a solution but we really had a bad time.

Stop dealing with Aerodrive. They sent us off with a totally unroadworthy car from Christchurch to drive to Auckland. One of the front tyres was showing canvas halfway arround.
