charged for x2 lots of cleaning totaling $160 when we had already cleaned to car. charged for cleaning and checking of camping equipment which we didn't even touch/use that was mandatory to take. threaten legal action when sent email outlining the above issues and questioning why we should pay for $160 of cleaning fee's

Accuracy of information between the rental car company and what displays - e.g. confusion over how many kms and type of vehicle.

include the bureau phone number for whichever rental company has been assigned. I needed to change my booking and had to look up their phone numbers.

We had a few problems with the fridge not running and the propane tanks supplied to us were both just about empty and the key had been glued back together so many times is disintegrated on us. But other than that the experience was pretty good. There was a long 2 hour wait to pick up our vehicle because of the long line up of customers and only 2 staff but the drop off was smooth.
