Not so strict on pick up drop off times. Esp as I turned up at 8.15am and wait until 9am

Tank was not full upon collection, contrary to the contract. Clearly this hadn't been checked. Car inspection wasn't carried out with the customer and also tyres appeared under inflated, resulting in the car pulling to the left.

To type a clear disclaimer in all booking , without hiding the info in the micro print, that ALL RENTAL COMPANIES will ask to view the credit card with which the booking was made , even if the booking was made with transfer car or if the details are available but the card cannot be handed physically, not even if you offer the car company a cash deposit in eftpos worth the price of the car!!!!!

Great service thanks - when I hadn’t heard back from the rental company in 20hours and called transfercar, they promptly followed up with company and I received a reply from them within half an hour.

Hi Dustin, I am just a bit of a nervous type, so reassurance when I drop off the vehicle that all is well and I will receive my deposit (credit card holding), back is important. Also, the security debit on my credit card is immediate. So why does it take the rental car companies, several days - up to 10 working days in the case of ACE rentals, to refund it? Other than that though, we really appreciated the experience and will recommend your service to friends and family. Thank you so much.

It would be great if we could know the accurate pick up place. We couldn't find the car at first time from the space(the number) where the staff told us and spent lots of time to find the car.
