The attention that I received from the company was horrible. I had a confusion with something that I had seen in the webpage. One guy at the phone was so disrespectful. Instead of explaining me he started talking me in a bad way.

Extra days rental time cut-offs are a bit confusing eg. If vehicle picked up before 12pm and delivered after 3pm can incur a 2 day rental fee for effectively having the vehicle for 4 extra hours. If this is incorrect - it wasn/t explained to me very well?

The car agency involved offered me basically a discounted rental car. I thought this was a driving service with car, gas and tolls covered.

No I've had no problems other than when it looked like I'd have an overlap between a booked allocation and another I wanted to book. I did a contact us and didn't receive a response. I made other arrangements. Cheers Sandy
