Don't put the underage fee in fine print. Make it known and visible. Also - let the customer know which rental company he is working with before the transfer is accepted and too late to cancel (without cancellation fees).

Staff in Queenstown were very pressured and very stressed at the time of pickup. Staff in Auckland at Auckland drop off were a little blunt. Overall. . Car was great

Please don't say it's a good idea to prepay for your petrol when it's plainly likely you won't even use half a tank to get where you are going!
