No, was prompt reply and everything went smoothly even to the point that when AirNZ put us on a flight 1 hour earlier I rang Budget and was able to pick the car up 1 hour earlier

they did not charge me correctly. I was quoted 4 free days and $5 per day after that. They charged me 6.90 for 9 days

fuel tank wasnt full but was fine with the mazda 3 as had sufficient for Qtwn-Chch. May be a different story if a larger petrol SUV. Either way a great service offerring , thanks
