I was very likely, but I am trying to book a relocation for 3 days now and I keep getting an error. No one on live chat, facebook or email to assist/help me. And now I get this email?! I'd rather have an answer!

24 hour confirmation. We booked within 12 hours of collecting. Turned up and thenrental company didn't have any record so had to rebook through their site.
