When I picked the car up at the arranged time there was no one there I had to wait for 20mins for the place to open up in Dunedin. All else was great thanks

Service was good. Radio in this vehicle never worked including the USB which was problematic for us.

More info required at booking i.e ferry prices and who pays plus road conditions for particular routes

Not charge for a cancellation a week late without notice. I had a bike accident and wasn't able to drive for a week and cancelled within 24 hours
