There is no transparency around the process. I was advised that the $200 bond will be refunded was car is returned. Once I returned the call, i got told the bond will be released after the car has has been checked and it could take up to two days. Two days later, I checked my account to find i was charged additional money. I called up and was told that initial money wasn't charged it was just held. Called the Bank, the bank advised that i was double charged and the bond was not refunded. Called rental company car again, they operator who happened to be same one that I initially spoke, changed her story and said she would get someone to have the money released to my account effectively. I am yet to receive my $262.10.
