If the lpg tank wasn't empty and not expired; if the two water tanks, for the toilet, shower and sink weren't empty. The batteries for the audio remote and keyless entry were dead. It showed me that Jucy doesn't pay attention to the details.

I know it would be hard, as you're an agent for multiple rental car companies...but if you had an instant book type button (and charged a premium for it, say $50) it would generate revenue for TransferCar, and give the users certainty. It would likely only work if there were multiples of vehicles available from one supplier...or it might encourage the rental companies to keep their inventory up to date.

Selection of vehicle. The vehicke to be transferred used a lit of fuel as it was not charged, being a hybrid. We nearly ran out of fuel as it used so much just highway driving.

I had a bad experience with Avis at the pick up Cairns I have to address it on Monday I was charged for insurances but they said I rejected the offer of insurances however I paid Will sort it out hopefully Otherwise I would mark a higher score

Its such a great product...there are a few changes to the website perhaps - very basic website which isn't a problem if it keeps prices low. I sent a couple queries through but only got 1 response back which was very helpful. I did need more detailed info regarding the Insurance options which I had to wait until I booked the vehicle. There was no Cancel Free period which would help. Thanks again and I will keep eye on 1 way Hires. Cheer
