Hard to communicate with hire company on site in wellington. Wanted to ask questions but couldn't. Charged insurance when we already had it. Bit economic with giving information.

Your part was nice, it was quick and easy. I'd love to see or know the rental company before and maybe a rating by drivers of them would also be good.

You guys could have an option for the drivers to offer a date for the relocation.
Example: if there is a relocation that for 20.-27. and no takers there could be an option for drivers that can make this relo on 28.

Reduce the collection and drop off times to less than 1 hour
We had to wait 2 hours almost missed our flight
The Campers brakes were very soft ( I are a retired transport operator of 28 years have actually owned over 20 Mercedes Sprinters and Iveco )
Although the camper was only 13 months old it was very marked and scuffed over 20 marks on damage sheet
Camper overdue for a deep clean food particles in the back of the cupboards

Not sure where this issue lies but on your website it said I had booked a Mitsubishi ASX but the car rental company said it could be any type of car. Given there were other cars listed on your website that say car may vary, it is misleading to say a certain type of car if the car rental company can just change it.
