It would be good to know which company the relocation is for. Our Britz relocation was far better than Travel Wheels. We probably wouldn't have applied for the Travel Wheels had we known.

Because the rental company was terrible. They wouldn’t let me rent the car because I’d lost my credit card. Even though I wasn’t paying anything. I couldn’t even use someone else’s card. I was relying on this and cancelled my flight. Then they didn’t even try and cancelled the booking. Waste of time and money. You should work closer with them if you want this to work.

The camper was completely terrible. The speedometer was out by 15 kph meaning we got a ticket from the police. We fully intend to contest this and blame the rental company for providing a faulty vehicle

More information about excess reduction fees as that was not clear when I made the booking. Also too just want to say how wonderful it was to receive a 2017 Toyota Rav. It was a dream to drive and I feel extremely lucky to have driven it for you. Thank you.

An idea for you. A couple of times I have had to rent a car as the dates offered were a few days away from my travel plan. What if I could request a date up to a week further out for the same route?. It may not suit all operators but it may work on some of the major routes where relocation may not be so time critical.

Allowing a message to be sent to a vehicle supplier before requesting the car. Only allowing after caused some planning issues resulting in a cancellation elsewhere and unnecessary bus tickets.
