All car insurance has free chips but for companies to wait for someone to get one and have to use the additional insurance is bullshit experience it is an unknown vehicle most times travelling In a different direction that causes it...

It felt like it would be a very cheap way to travel but the insurance was increasing the price a lot. No good air condition in the car even though we had a premium car.
