Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. The vehicle was easy to use, although it would have been good to have a cheat sheet on how to use/access some of the features (it took a bit of searching to find the fuel cap release!)

Making it claer that airport pickups are not included, and that car needs to be picked up before 5 p.m. I was not aware of this until the booking was confirmed

The car rental people to get it right re the charges I was charged for fuel when fuel was included - to their credit it is being sorted however first time this has happened - and the first time ever I have had a car from Europcar

We would like to know more about what company is renting the car and how old it is likely to be before we apply. We found the process worked well but we were allocated an economy car which turned out to be an older and not so reliable vehicle. We spent a number of hours on our trip waiting to have the car attended to for electrical faults. This was very frustrating. We also felt we were treated like second class citizens because we were Transfer a Car clients. That is we don't think we got the same level of service when the car had mechanical/electrical issues as we would have if it had been a straight forward rental.This seemed unreasonable.
