The process of arranging the car was excellent - fast and easy. Unfortunately the car was late being ready and the Thrifty person we dealt with was less than friendly and helpful but that doesn't reflect on transfercar.

Applied for a car that came with ferry passage, a condition which changed later and unbeknownst to me resulting in a cancellation and accompanying fee. Very annoying.
