The registration system upon arrival at Apollo is dire. There should be much better sharing of information, and they could learn a great deal from the Maui group.

I use your site very regularly and when selecting who to book with when there is sometimes quite a choice in the peak season would love to know the name of the company eg. is it a top tier or budget company as this makes a big difference in the quality of vehicle. Some sort of rating/ grading would be helpful if it is not possible to disclose company details at this point in the booking process but who wants to drive a 2006 vehicle when they could be driving a 2017 model!!

Lucky rentals did not have record of our transfer car agreement under the booking. They tried to charge us full price at first. We were able to catch the mistake and quickly rectify it, but they should have note of that under our booking.
