The fine print on what cars are on offer. Aware it could've been any car/4wd.. but We got a damaged ford transit courier van that needed to be in Christchurch for repair, and the fine print I thought mentioned $25 per day lower insurance excess; I got charged $69 for the two days. But am willing to get another but hoping I get a car next time

The bond is quite high for a relocation ($2000). It would be more attractive and I would use it more often if the bond was $500 and perhaps greater for number of days used. So $500 for 3 days or less and $100 for every 3 days or part there of, with a maximum cap of $2000.

Hidden charges - such as pick up or drop off to the airport charges. Just came and went from Christchurch one company charged $8.50 the other $15.00 which I thought was a bit excessive ! Price should be about the same.

It's a great service, love using it. Although I find a 3 day hire is not quite 3 days. Picking up a vehicle for a 3 day hire on a Friday morning should be dropped off 3 days later on Monday morning. I find I sometimes have to have returned the vehicle by Sunday 5pm. Not a huge gripe because the rest of the service is so good. Just saying.
