Confirm the booking with rental. I walked with my pack an hour to the rental car agency with a confirmation email from your site. When I arrived they had no idea of the situation and were not able to give me a car because all there cars were out. Thanks for wasting my time. Also immediately after entering my credit card info I was charged 69 cents to FLO2CASH, I only know this because my bank messaged me thinking it was bank fraud. I don’t know if it was or not but I can’t just cancel my card while I’m traveling across the country. You really inconvenienced me.

Auckland City phone number wasn’t connecting / answering on multiple occasions. Was very frustrating. Also, advise customers traveling north south to take extra time moving through Lewis pass, tons of construction.
