I want to know how can I pay road tolls and when will return my deposit? I try to call but they said you are NZ company doesn't know about Australia so that I try searching websites but only NZ information.

Details were vague online and there's no way of contacting the car company before making the booking. So you book, hoping that you don't get screwed. Meanwhile you and the car company have the power to charge a cancellation fee if I don't like what I get. I tried contacting you guys regarding what type of car was available so I knew how much space I would have. The listing only said sedan. No model type or picture. All you guys said was I don't know. The company hasn't listed it. So it's someone else's fault apparently. My suggestion would be that car companies CANNOT list a car without ALL information of the car entered. Otherwise, customers shouldn't be locked with a cancellation fee when they request a car. So either someone needs to check what's posted and approve before it's listed on your website or there needs to be some reprogramming done with a few more compulsory (*) sections on your online form that car companies needs to complete before posting. Also, an 'enquiries' phone line would be helpful so you don't have to wait for ages to get a response by email. I hope these things gets changed for the sake of other people using your website.

Being able to choose retailers. We needed an extra few hours for drop back, some retailers would not oblige some were wine, so found that difficult. The lady from Budget Nelson was a complete BITCH.
