Convince companies to allow one to rent for longer. I ended doing a transfer car from CHCH to AKL and then after arriving in AKL rented another car to drive around the North Island. I would have been happy to rent the same car (at normal price) and still return it to AKL just several days later.

On the phone app I struggled to see whether a car had free petrol or not and ended up booking one that I had to pay for petrol. Thanks.

Uniquely on this occasion size of the vehicle would have been helpful as we were transporting gear to pick up a motorhome. As it turned out the rav4 was more than adequate and a pleasure to drive

More accurate drop of points. I arranged to drop my car off at Auckland airport because I was catching a flight so I thought I could walk to the airport. I arrival I found the depot was actually 3.5kms from any terminals so I had to pay a further $15 to get dropped of at the airport. A cost I wasn’t expecting.
