insurance is too high for one day on the cars. I'm a local and I would use it more if that was reduced as there is a bit of faffing getting to the rental companies etc. Has to be worth my while

Yes we notified Roadrunner that we had left some clothing behind when we went to pick it up 24 hours later, jeans and socks had been taken and the rest was in the rubbishy!!!!!
