It says I didn't have to pay for petrol. Then I get charged a full tank of gas with even a quarter left in tank. If I had of known before booking I would of flown up instead

Not that I can think of. Appreciate that you have `real' cars - not like another website we booked with once. Both vehicles cancelled because they were only listed in case the company had a vehicle break down.We were not aware of that as we had booked relocation vehicles several times before on another site (yours included) had never encountered that. We'd planned our holiday around them. That's why we stick with you only recommend you to friends.
