Staff at pick-up could explain features of the car, or ask if driver wants anything explained? Eg: having the cruise control / limiter explained would've been useful for me

Give more details as to pick-up and drop-off locations before submitting a request, even if just suburb names (e.g. Botany in Sydney and Northgate in Brisbane).

I booked a car for a specific return date, but then I returned it earlier and wanted to request a second car to continue my journey home but your system wouldn't let me as it kept saying I couldn't as I already had a car booked out. I asked Budget to update my return date time which they did but I still couldn't book a second car. Maybe something to consider? Thanks very much. Ronnie
