Price and check-in was awesome! But the car was dirty on the inside and outside. The light was not working on one side and this is so dangerous!! I was planning to travel during night, but no chance. I had to change my plannings due to this reason. The wheels could need some air too. But happy that I got a car from you though!

if I knew the 'hidden costs' before hand I would be better prepared. The original renting co would help towards ferry costs while Lucky car Rental didn't. diesel on road charges came as a surprise as well. The rental co also gave us only one blanket between 2.

Six days from Qt up to Auckland is on a limit. Even seven days would make it more safe. More time to recover everyday

I have used this service twice now reloading a vehicle along the same route. Last time I didn’t have to refil the tank of petrol and this time I did. Would be nice if it wasn’t a requirement to re fill as you’re doing the company a favour by returning it to where they want it to be.
