Insurance was $130 but cc was charged $380. Perhaps explanation to say the balance will be refunded and why this came out in writing. Thank you

We had a truck that was bigger than the expected size so fuel cost more than we budgeted for. Truck was not cleaned or ready at the allocated time. Size of truck should be on the listing.
