There was no option in My Transfercar bookings to easily advise that I was runny late to pick up my vehicle due to a delay with my flight. Company I had booking with said I had to go through Transfercar which was more hassle than it was worth

Motorhome for relocation was filthy inside. It was not properly cleaned before was ready for relocation. Even the house was not charged.

More information when picking up the vehicle. Especially a motorhome. Maybe time slots for pick up. It was chaotic on pickup and the person showing me the vehicle felt very rushed and didn't give as much information as I was getting from listening to other people's conversations.
