Cancellation fee is pretty high. Also when I have something booked but find a better deal I should be able to request the new option without having to cancel the old one. I did that and then didn’t get the new deal.

When companies charge $0, a credit card seems not to be used, and thus the CC car rental excess insurance does not kick in. Would it be best to charge at least $1 to (for CC card insurance purposes) creat a valid transaction?

Your advertisement said the campervan was pickup @ Adelaide Airport. When we got the confirmation from Britz the day before pickup the pickup was 23km from airport and we had to Uber to pickup point. We are $32 out of pocket and believe Transfercars should reimburse me.
