disclosing different terms conditions of particular rental companies more before booking. Including amounts of bonds and pre-authorisations .

Cancellation fee is pretty high. Also when I have something booked but find a better deal I should be able to request the new option without having to cancel the old one. I did that and then didn’t get the new deal.
