I was told I didn’t need to fill the petrol tank. But then I was charged petrol and charged. Still awaiting refund of that

Everything was exceptionally easy. Speaking to Simon was wonderful and the customer experience was immaculate. Maybe just an option to change or opt out if the vehicle is manual.
