Tried to cancel a booking twice and your we page freezes or does not let you proceed when selecting next . I filled in so many requests as you directed / suggested and when one becomes available, suddenly it is booked and subject to cancellation fee. I will not recommend or bother to use until you clarify your fees clearly.

When applying for a vehicle, the pick-up and return times specified may differ from the actual times the car rental company is able to provide for pick-up and return. This could potentially affect our travel plans, so I hope this can be improved.
