Rad Car had one end of the road to the drop off blocked off, a seperate email detailing this would have been great and I would have avoided having to drive half way into town to turn around when I couldn’t get turn left onto the street. I’m a kiwi so no worries for me in the busy Queenstown rush, but someone not familiar with Queenstown might have found this a bit tough.

Good deals are proving to be less frequent and not as appealing. Ferry and driver should be a given, and one tank of gas is also a very good incentive.

Publish the exact place for pickup and drop off, if the pickup is in Ringwood don't say Melbourne. Ringwood is a very long way from Melbourne if travelling on Public Transport.

Not that I can think of, sorry. Your service is great You could possibly improve the map selecting process. I found it confusing trying to select days - but it is clear enough as to the actual selected days.
