The only improvement is to have someone contact me when they receive the ca. We left it at The Picton depot and as no one was there a quick phone call the next day when they receive the car to say it was all good

Knowing about the tolls and you can deduct them from the security deposit. Reference on filling up the car at drop off so it is full. This makes it easier and much more convenient for the end user

It's not your fault so I haven't reflected it in the score but I'm very disappointed that after we paid $75 for an extra day (so we could get more done and see more), we flew to Alice Springs and had the vehicle booked for our arrival. However it wasn't ready until 2.5 hours after the booked time which meant we couldn't reach our planned destination and see the sunset over Ayers Rock (one of the main highlights we had planned). In addition the car wasn't full of fuel and the stove didn't work). Initially the staff tried to tell me it had a faulty fuel gauge but when I explained the computer showed the range indicator was low as well we went with them to put fuel in and it took a whole $40 of fuel (incidentally the people before us also had the same fuel issue). I've done several relocations before (your company and imoova) and I always meet my obligations, trat the vehicles with the utmost care and very much value the opportunity but on this occasion I felt like I wasn't being equally valued. I'd like to do these in future (and for Apollo) but if I had the same experience again I would probably not take a chance a third time.
