- a handover would have been helpful.. it took me a while to work out how to fill the van - how to use the cooker all things I should have thought to ask before leaving but I managed well. I have already told many friends about how wonderful it was. I will definitely use transfercar again .. thanks

A more expedient pick-up at CHC airport (it took 25 mins - the car wasn't ready) and provision of details of drop off at Picton (there were no staff at counter and there was a 800m walk with a suitcase to get the Bluebridge ferry - which I almost missed).
