there are three points that made the whole experience not very nice 1. the car pickup was delayed by 4h with very short notice 2. i had to pay RUC because of driving a diesel, the website said may apply ... while it obviously did apply , it should be clear about it and tell people what amount of fees to expect ... i am a tourist and have no clue what these charges are and how high they might be 3. the amount blocked on my credit card was not just really high, the rental company said they released it and seem to be holding on since 3 days now, that is causing problems with my credit card limit and me being able to use my card you can blame the rental company or the government for RUC ... to me that all adds up to my exp with transfercar , not caring who you might want to blame

This reservation was processed over a weekend which I was super impressed with as that never used to be the case. That alone is a massive improvement! Love Transfercar and highly recommend to many people.
