I use transfercar all the time and recommend it to everyone. Great service! I think there's a small issue with the search. For example selecting Nelson from the drop down list under popular cities, provides results. But selecting Nelson from the drop down list under regions, provides zero results

Everything was perfect, except for the fact that I would have missed the alert because it arrived into my spam folder. That is despite the fact I specifically set up the alert for a given route that I needed a car for. In addition, your email requesting feedback also arrived into my spam folder, so it's a good job I'm keeping on top of it. (Outlook is pretty bad for spam anyway.)

The only part I find confusing is your system bombards the customer with repeated emails. I would recommend you lower the amount. There are to many identical emails stating the same thing.
